Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
Please make any adjustments to all appointments at least 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled appointment time. Any changes made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in cancellation fees.
Running late?
Please notify your stylist as soon as possible that you are running late. Please understand that if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment your services will need to be adjusted or rescheduled. Rescheduling due to being excessively late will result in a same day cancellation fee.
No Extra Guests
We want you to make yourself at home in our home. We kindly ask that you reconsider bringing extra guests at this time. This will promote a relaxing experience for you and all of our other guests. This includes friends, family, and children. *Children are welcome by appointment only.
